Dolores O’Connor
Managing Director
The Founder and Managing Director of Ambassador Recruitment, Dolores came from a Hotel Training College background and has over 25 years experience in the Hospitality, Retail and Recruitment sectors. Dolores has the innate ability to connect the right people to the right jobs. She brings a logical approach to Recruitment and Coaching and her experience and knowledge bring refreshing solutions to the industry.
Dolores has successfully completed a Degree Course in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychometric Testing and has started her own Coaching Business (Ambassador Business Coaching) in conjunction with Recruitment.
Dolores directly handles the placement of full time positions within companies.

Elaine Blood
Recruitment Consultant
Elaine joined Ambassador Recruitment with 17 years experience in the Hotel Industry progressing from Trainee Manager to Deputy General Manager in exclusive Hotels and Event Companies in Ireland, UK and Australia.
Elaine was previously an Ambassador candidate and was successfully placed in key positions on no less than 4 occasions in Ireland, the UK and a spell in Australia. She is therefore able to bring a clear understanding of both sides to the recruitment process.
Elaine deals
primarily with the Cruise Ship positions and the American Programme.
